Advanced Technical Support:
• Provide detailed diagnostic evaluation to isolate system issues; implement remedial solutions for Active Directory and Data Center issues.
• Regularly coordinate with the first-level support team, escalating unresolved issues for prompt resolution, while also training them on issue prevention measures.
Active Directory Management:
• Manage and optimize organizational units and Active Directory objects.
• Manage user and computer accounts, permissions, email addresses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues, such as replication problems, authentication issues, or DNS anomalies.
